1st Scope:
The courses in Sport & Fun Neumarkt, Wolfgang Schuldes only
take place due to the following contract. Deviations from these
conditions apply only if they sport & Fun Neumarkt, Wolfgang
Schuldes be confirmed in writing.
2nd Registration:
For each course a written or telephone registration is required. It is
binding and in any case obliged to pay the participation fee. You will
not receive registration confirmation. In additions, alterations and
ancillary agreements also require the written form. Registration of
minors must be signed by the person or the legal representatives, and
are therefore only in writing to make.
3rd Venue:
Classes are held usually in Neumarkt. At least 4 students but can also
an individual course location to be agreed in writing or by telephone.
4th Min required:
A course until 14 days before start of course not achieved the minimum
number of participants, usually four participants, we are entitled to

5th Main duties

sticks) and to participate in lessons so that the remaining undisturbed
classmates attending classes as well as their own possible . In case of

7th payment

8th Liability

11th Final
provisions:

If any provision of these Terms be invalid or void, then both sides are obliged to agree upon a determination that the invalid or void is coming to its meaning as close as possible.
